Sandra Monohan, P-LPC

Healing can be experienced in an empathetic relationship where an individual is accepted, valued, and heard. My wish is to join you and help you explore your inner world as you increase in self-awareness and self-compassion. A safe and therapeutic environment of non-judgment and caring support enables you to grow, to change, and to find lasting freedom in your life. It is my privilege to walk alongside you in your journey as we work together to attain your goals for counseling. I have worked with persons experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, as well as life adjustments and transitions including elder care and aging, career change, marriage and divorce, and health issues. I have also worked with victims of sexual abuse and relationship trauma.
