As a licensed therapist, I have had the privilege and opportunity to guide individuals through trauma & abuse recovery, anxiety, depression, addiction recovery, and more. Life is full of so many experiences. Many are joyful experiences and others are painful and difficult; but we don’t have to walk through these experiences alone. As a licensed therapist, I use research based techniques that are appropriate for you; and as a Christian, I believe in God’s Sovereignty and His grace to carry us through even the most difficult moments in life and am able to incorporate a biblical worldview into my practice.
